Einstein Bros. Bagels in Houston

Open 24 hours but stops making food at night. What's the point...

The bagels are not that great... had a cinnamon raisin bagel, just warmed, not toasted and it was super hard to eat. Once I able to gnaw a piece off it was like chewing rubber.. also had a smoothie, that was good and is the main reason for the 3 stars.. prices aren’t bad at all and they have a ton of other stuff to eat.. just beware of the rock bagels..

They got one bottle of water for $3, but hey at 2 AM a lot of things seem reasonableAll jokes aside the food is pretty good, and it’s good for breakfast

I’ve gone here for past 2 years and the past two times have been a terrible experience. Today I got an everything bagel w/ one egg, bacon and cheese. The bagel was dry, the bacon feel apart in tiny pieces and the egg was paper thin. I’m not sure what changed but the quality of the place keeps going down.

I've been to other einsteins but this one has the best customer service and the food is so fresh

I was standing in the front for about 10 or 15 min I called and the man kept telling me to walk in because doors are open but i couldn't get in and they kept telling me the doors are open

After arriving back from The Hobby Center to the Hyatt Regency Downtown. We were a little hungry. I love Einstein Bagels, so I was excited to learn the hotel had one opened 24hrs a day in the lobby. The gentleman, Shane, was so nice, welcoming and helpful. The bagels, coffee and extra little grab and go drinks & snacks are a welcoming site at anytime of the day or night.

Chilli and spinach Florentine are good bagles.

The place is nice and the food is awesome, Staff were friendly too!!

I saw on their menu coffees, hot and cold teas but no water bottles or sodas. Am planning on going to Downtown location. Give me a heads up please.UPDATE 7/14..on 7/5 I went there for a quick snack before a show. Yes they have fountain drinks but only Dr. Pepper and Pepsi products. They had other sodas like Coca Cola but in bottle form but not cold enough. So I asked for a cup of ice. I got the hash brown bagel but I tasted no hash brown of any kind. The bagel itself was good but I tasted no potato.

This Einstein Bros. Bagel location is very convenient and great for a quick snack. It has a good selection of cold drinks, hot drinks, bagels and sweets.

24-Apr-19 Tried it one more time, won't go back. Ordered an untoasted bagle with butter this time, got a toasted bagle..... wait was long too so didn't feel like waiting longer for them to fix it!21-Mar-19 This place used to be great, not sure what happened. Just ordered a bagle extra toasted with butter and got untoasted with butter, now I can't even toast it myself. Wish they would pay attention.

Ate at Einstein Brother's located in the Hyatt Regency, downtown Houston. The bagels were great. I took my bagels inside the hotel and ate at one of many tables located in the lobby. Assorted liquids from coffee, to smoothies (excellent), Perrier, Monsters, sodas, protein shakes, juice, etc. The ambience was nice. It may take a few minutes to get your entire order but it is qorth the wait especislly if you are not in a rush. Would recommend making sure you have your cell for tunes or whatever. Stairs inside hotel links you to a huge chunk of Houston Underground, the McKinney Tunnels, so instead of going back out on the street, you can bypass alot of traffic and beggars.

A nice sandwich shop very friendly staff. Also they have basic amenities for travellers. And they're open 24/7

First time ever having this place and I love it! Was thinking about going to shipleys instead but so glad I decided on this instead. Much healthier option lol. I got the farmhouse and it was delicious. It is located within the Hyatt so its open 24-7 which is amazing. Staff is very friendly. Will definitely be coming back soon.

If you can't afford to stay at the regency, avoid this Einstein's. First they wouldn't take my gift card (apparently it's under Regency, not the regular chain of resteraunts...) Next , for a sandwich, a bagel with cream cheese, and a bottled Starbucks frappaccino, was $16.76. Finally, my debit card registered a final bill of $20.11. (They had tipped themselves another $3.50 without asking, even after I had dropped a buck in the tip jar in spite of the price and rejection of my gift card. ) Add $2 for downtown parking, I paid $23 for what I had hoped to be a cheap lunch using my gift card. :( To be fair, food was ok, and large bagel with cream cheese was under $3.50 which was what I expected; BUT sandwich was small, turkey tasted old, & toasted Bagel was barely toasted at all.

Bagel place that is open 24 hrs inside the Hyatt Lobby. Good food when there's nothing else open at that hour.

I wanted to love it but hated the fact the bread was hard. Not sure if they are microwaving the sandwiches to heat them up but I've made bagels plenty of times and never had one so chewy. I will try this places out again thou with the Hope it was just a bad day.

Coffee is abysmal. They have trouble making lox and cream cheese bagel. Capers, people, capers.

Was here for a conference in Houston, and our group hadn't eaten since like 4 PM so I grabbed a sandwich to go from the grab and go section and got back to my room it was already like 1:30 AM long story short the same which ended up being soggy but I ate it anyway and I mentioned it to the cashier and he made it right the next day that I was in there! Dennis is awesome and he's super friendly! And the service is amazing!

Great place to get your bagel on. There's only one reason that I don't give them five stars and I know it's not their fault, but that day, there was no parking anywhere when I went to buy some more bagels😜

Conveniently located inside the Hyatt hotel downtown. Open 24 hours and offers all the expected fare for an Einstein's. Just be warned that they don't accept Einstein gift cards at this location.

Pretty cool breakfast sandwich. Not my everyday food but nice for a treat.

Good selection of Bagels freshly made but rather expensive.

Went by late on the way back to our hotel room. My GF asked for her bagel toasted and both employees sneered at us and gave us attitude. I don't appreciate rude comments, just do your job.

Great place to hang and chill for a bit with a great coffee and Bagel w/ lox, especially during off peak hours!

Very rude manager and they won’t accept Einstein coupons?! Really WTH?! Put a sign out that says you don’t accept them...that’s ridiculous
